If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees and to allow us to accommodate other clients. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or may result in loss of deposit, depending on the service booked.
