Hi, I’m Shannon Robeson, a commissioned Florida Notary Public and founder of Heritage Notary, proudly serving Suwannee, Columbia, and Lafayette Counties — and clients across the United States through modern notary and business support solutions.

My career began at the Jacksonville Beach Police Department, where I spent more than 17 years supporting law enforcement and community programs. There, I learned the importance of compassion, dependability, and integrity — values that still guide every client relationship today.

When I’m not working, I love spending time on our little homestead in McAlpin, Florida, with my husband, our three dogs, and a lively crew of nine gopher tortoises. We grow vegetables, enjoy quiet country evenings, and appreciate the same community values that inspire my work every day.

Over the years, I gained hands-on experience in legal compliance, documentation, training, and community outreach. I supervised and trained School Crossing Guards, helped launch a citywide parking program that generated over $1 million in revenue, organized outreach events like Get Hooked on Fishing, Not on Drugs, and mentored countless volunteers.

Those experiences taught me how to serve people with both precision and care — the same qualities I bring to every notary signing, photo field inspection, or small business project I take on through Heritage Notary.
