Our trusted general notary services are prompt, professional, and available at your preferred location. (Travel and after-hours fees may apply.) What Is General Notary Work? General notary work covers standard notarizations that don’t involve loan signings, hospital visits, or jail facilities. These are the documents most people need notarized in everyday life, such as: Power of Attorney, Wills with self-proving affidavits, Sworn Statements, Affidavits, Parental Consent Forms, Lease Agreements, Business or Personal Agreements, Copy Certifications, Acknowledgments, and Jurats. Each service includes the notarization of one document. Travel Fees As a mobile notary, we come to you. Travel fees for general documents are calculated at $0.50 per mile, measured from the McAlpin Post Office at 17054 US-129, McAlpin, FL 32062. After-hours and weekend appointments are available for an additional $10. Witness Requirements Some documents require witnesses. Please check your paperwork in advance. Whenever possible, bring your own witnesses. A witness must: Be personally known to you Have no interest in or benefit from the document Present valid identification If you’re unable to provide witnesses, we may be able to assist. The fee is $25 per witness.
